Connie Discher received her Pilates and fitness training with the Arizona Pilates Academy. Her love of fitness, disk problems in her neck, and a father with peripheral neuropathy gives her a natural empathy for working with older adults in fitness and on the Pilates equipment. Her career has been spent with American Airlines and much of her job was working in customer service and keeping customers happy. Now for her retirement career, she is still giving customers what they want by carefully attending to their bodies through Pilates personal training. She is a fun and knowledgeable addition to our staff. |
